During this year's China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) in Beijing, a total of 44 companies from domestic and international markets signed up for the second edition on Friday.
The first CISCE yielded fruitful results and was a high-level event, with the amount of cooperation agreements signed exceeding expectations. Major enterprises, including SAP, iFlytek Co., TCL, and China Electronics Co. (CEC), expressed their intention to participate in the second CISCE.
Zhang Shaogang, vice chairman of the China Council for Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), noted at the signing ceremony that the first CISCE provided a platform for large enterprises to showcase their supply capabilities and their role in driving both upstream and downstream sectors comprehensively. Simultaneously, it provided a valuable opportunity for small- and medium-sized enterprises to exhibit their featured products, advanced technologies, and innovative services. Additionally, the event featured a large number of displays and presentations.
Zhang said that with the joint efforts and support of all parties, the first CISCE achieved its goals of connecting the upstream, middle, and downstream sectors of the industrial and supply chains, integrating large- and medium-sized enterprises, and fostering collaboration between industry, academia, research, and application. It also facilitated interaction between Chinese and foreign enterprises.
