Ren Hongbin, chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), attended the launching ceremony of the South African Pavilion at the 1st China Int’l Supply Chain Expo in Beijing on Nov. 28.

Officials from the African National Congress Progressive Business Forum (PBF) and South African exhibitors also attended the ceremony. The South African Pavilion, with an exhibit area of 201 square meters, showcased the country’s supply chains of hydrogen cell, pharmaceutical supplies, poultry products and wooden furniture.

Ren Hongbin also attended the launching ceremony of other pavilions and events including the joint exhibition area of GE Healthcare and Sinopharm and the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between Genertec and GE Healthcare.
