It was reported during the CCPIT Annual Work Conference, held on January 15, that preparations for the second China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) had gotten underway.
The second CISCE is scheduled to take place from November 26 to 30, 2024. Preparations for the event are currently in full swing.
According to Ren Hongbin, Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), the feasibility of introducing additional industrial chains in the five industrial and one supply chain service exhibition areas at the first session is being seriously explored as a part of new trends in the transformation of global industrial and supply chains.
“The second CISCE will seek to refine the exhibition layout, recruit more high-quality exhibitors and investors, and magnify the Expo's spillover and driving effect,” introduced Ren.
CCPIT is also looking to organize more than 1,000 enterprise delegations to participate in overseas exhibitions and conduct investigations and negotiations in Europe, the United States, Japan, the Republic of Korea, ASEAN, Latin America, and other important economic partners in 2024. Doing so will better enable Chinese enterprises to win more orders and expand their market reach.
