On April 3, the promotional event for the 4th China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) and the China-Kazakhstan Supply Chain Cooperation Seminar were successfully held in Astana, Kazakhstan. The event was hosted by the Representative Office of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) in Kazakhstan, with joint support from the Chamber of International Commerce of Kazakhstan and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Almaty). Over 120 representatives from Kazakhstan's government and business sectors attended the event.
In his address, Han Chunlin, Chinese Ambassador to Kazakhstan, stated that as the world's first national-level exhibition focused on supply chains, the CISCE has become a platform for China to put the concept of openness and cooperation into practice and promote the deep integration of global industries. It serves not only as a showcase for new products, technologies, and services but also as a "cooperation accelerator" that facilitates connections across the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors, and fosters interaction between Chinese and foreign enterprises.

Murat Ratovich, Vice Chairman of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken," spoke highly of the close cooperation with the CCPIT in his address. He noted that the CISCE helps drive the transformation of international cooperation toward the integration of industry, technology and trade. "Atameken" is committed to continuing to serve as a bridge for cooperation between the business communities of both countries, continuously deepening China-Kazakhstan industrial and supply chain collaboration, and helping both sides explore new growth opportunities.

The CCPIT Representative Office in Kazakhstan delivered a special presentation on the 4th CISCE, detailing the achievements of previous editions and preparations for the upcoming event. It highlighted the innovative features and case studies of outstanding chain-leading enterprises, while inviting representatives from Kazakhstan's government and business sectors to actively participate in this year's expo.

The 4th CISCE is scheduled to take place in Beijing from June 22 - 26, 2026. The exhibition will feature six key industrial chains — advanced manufacturing, clean energy, smart vehicles, digital technology, healthy living and green agriculture — and include a supply chain service area.
