The global agricultural supply chain is confronted with multiple challenges amid sustainable development, low-carbon transition and trade resilience. As a major agricultural product and protein raw material, soybeans play a pivotal role in China-U.S. economic and trade ties as well as agricultural cooperation. To deepen exchanges between the Chinese and U.S. soybean industries and advance green trade and low-carbon supply chain development, U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC) Beijing Representative Office and Representative Office in the United States of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) are co-hosting a special forum.
Centering on the sustainability and high efficiency of U.S. soybeans, this seminar will focus on green trade policies, global soybean supply chain trends, carbon footprint management, green finance and low-carbon transition. It will bring together representatives from government authorities, industry associations, financial institutions and industrial chain experts to explore cooperation approaches, and jointly build a green, low-carbon, robust, efficient and resilient China-U.S. soybean supply chain.
