The 2026 Food Supply Chain Summit, with the theme of "Flour & Noodle Linkage · Industrial Chain Symbiosis", focuses on the flour and noodle industry and the full optimization of the whole supply chain. It aims to build a sharing platform covering “from raw materials to the dining table, from technology to the market” for exchange and promotion, promote in-depth cooperation between upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and foster an industrial ecosystem featured by resource symbiosis and value sharing.

The event will invite leaders from relevant local governments, representatives of scientific research institutions and enterprises across the country to attend. Participants will share valuable experience in the construction of the whole flour and noodle industrial chain, discuss development trends and innovative paths of the food supply chain together with peers in the national food industry, and enjoy a dedicated platform for exchanges and cooperation among enterprises.
