The Global Supply Chain Promotion Report 2024 was released on Nov. 26 at the China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE), hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT). As the key publication of the event, the report offers an in-depth analysis of the latest trends, challenges and developments in global supply chains.

Alongside the report, two new indices were introduced: the Global Supply Chain Connectivity Index (GSCCI) and the Global Supply Chain Promotion Index (GSCPI). These indices are designed to offer enhanced perspectives on the trends and risks in global supply chain development, helping governments and businesses in gaining a better understanding of the ever-changing global supply chain environment.
