Companies from eastern China's Anhui province signed up for the second China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) at a roadshow on Aug. 22, as officials promoted the event to boost industry exchanges and cooperation.

Ren Hongbin, chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), and Anhui's vice governor, Li Zhong, attended the roadshow in the provincial capital, Hefei, discussing production, international cooperation and expo preparation with participating companies.

Seventeen Anhui-based companies, including iFLYTEK and Gotion High-tech, signed agreements with China International Exhibition Center Group to join the expo.

Yu Zhuyun, chairman of Central Holding Group, described the CISCE as a window for high-level international engagement. He expressed the company's readiness to participate, aiming to connect with overseas markets and jointly build Anhui's characteristic industrial cluster.

Liang Jinhui, chairman of Anhui Gujing Distillery, said the CISCE was a new platform for Chinese companies to share global opportunities. He stated that the company is willing to showcase its leading role in the liquor industry chain and its whole production process at the expo, promoting the integrated development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries.

Leading companies from the advanced manufacturing, clean energy, digital technology and green agriculture sectors have reserved over 800 square meters of exhibition space. Participants aim to engage with global industry partners, promote integrated development and showcase Anhui enterprises' contributions to industrial and supply chains.

The second CISCE is scheduled to be held in Beijing from Nov. 26-30. The expo will feature six supply chain areas: advanced manufacturing, smart vehicles, green agriculture, clean energy, digital technology and healthy life. Organizers report smooth preparations and active participation from domestic and international companies.
