To facilitate the online registration, review, statistical analysis and other related work for visitors to the
China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE), you are required to fill in certain information during system
registration. This information is used for [recording, filing, review, comparison, statistical analysis, etc.,
within the CISCE system]. To ensure the security of the information you provide, we (China International
Exhibition Center Group Co., Ltd.) have adopted the following Information Protection Policy:
I. Acceptance of Terms
When you register your personal/corporate account on the CISCE website and mobile application platforms
(hereinafter collectively referred to as the "CISCE Online Platforms"), you are deemed to have read and agreed
to all terms of this Policy.
This Policy takes effect from the time you agree to register your personal/corporate account on the CISCE Online
Platforms.
You understand and agree that we reserve the right to modify and update this Policy from time to time. The
modified or updated Privacy Protection Policy shall take effect immediately upon publication on the CISCE Online
Platforms and will effectively replace the original version. If users continue to use the CISCE Online Platforms
or participate in exhibition activities after the modifications/updates, they will be deemed to have accepted
the updated content.
II. Registration Information
In accordance with requirements from relevant higher authorities, real-name online pre-registration with
personal information is now mandatory for all visitors to this exhibition.
For online registration, please use your full name exactly as it appears on your ID document, along with your ID
number and mobile phone number for pre-registration. You must complete the registration before being able to
enter the exhibition venue.
On the day of your visit, you must bring the original copy of your ID document. Please follow the on-site
staff's instructions for security checks and ID verification. If the original ID document you present is not
consistent with your personal identity or the information submitted during pre-registration, the Organizer and
the venue reserve the right to deny you entry.
To maintain a good visiting and exhibiting environment, if temporary crowd control measures are implemented,
please patiently follow the instructions and directions of the on-site staff.
To ensure a healthy and safe visiting environment, please maintain a safe distance from others and maintain
orderly conduct.
III. Information Protection
The CISCE protects the security of your information in accordance with the law. We will not disclose your
registration information to third parties without authorization, except in the following circumstances:
When we have obtained your explicit prior authorization;
When required by applicable laws and regulations;
When required by relevant government authorities;
When necessary to safeguard public interests and safety;
When necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the CISCE or for related statistical,
analytical, or verification work;
In cases of information disclosure caused by force majeure, malicious attacks by third parties, services
provided by third parties, system failures, or other reasons beyond our reasonable control, provided that we
have fulfilled reasonable information security obligations and have taken timely remedial measures after
discovery, we may be exempted from liability within a reasonable scope.
IV. Disclaimer Clause
1. Scope of Application
1.1 The personal information you provide as required when registering as a user of the CISCE Online
Platforms;
1.2 Server data automatically received and recorded by the CISCE Online Platforms when you use the CISCE Online
Platform services, participate in activities, or visit web pages, including but not limited to IP addresses,
data from website cookies, and records of pages you request;
1.3 To serve users, the CISCE Online Platforms may use your personal information to provide you with services,
including but not limited to sending you information about activities, services, and merchant matching data.
2. Information Disclosure
Your personal information may be disclosed, partially or fully, under the following circumstances:
2.1 Disclosure to third parties with your consent;
2.2 If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, disclosure to the
respondent upon their request, to facilitate the handling of potential rights disputes between the parties;
2.3 Disclosure to third parties or administrative/judicial authorities in accordance with relevant legal
provisions or requirements of administrative or judicial institutions;
2.4 Disclosure to third parties if you violate relevant Chinese laws or the policies of the CISCE Online
Platforms;
2.5 Sharing your personal information with third parties when necessary to provide the products or services you
have requested;
2.6 Other disclosures deemed appropriate by this Platform based on law or platform policy.
3. Registered User Obligations
3.1 The registration and use of usernames and nicknames must comply with online etiquette and the relevant laws
and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
3.2 Usernames and nicknames must not contain threatening, obscene, abusive, illegal, rights-infringing, or
otherwise controversial language.
3.3 After successful registration, users shall properly use and safeguard their own account and password, and
are responsible for all activities and events occurring under their account and password. Any losses caused by
the user's own disclosure of the account and password shall be borne by the user.
3.4 Do not use another person's account without authorization; any consequences arising from such action shall
be borne by the user.
3.5 Users shall provide true, accurate, and complete personal information, as well as contact methods such as
email address, mobile phone number, and mailing address. Otherwise, any adverse consequences arising therefrom
shall be borne solely by the user. We do not assume the obligation to proactively and fully verify the
information submitted by users.
3.6 If a user violates real-name registration requirements or provides false identity information, we have the
right to immediately terminate their account access, deny entry, or cancel their visiting qualification; if a
user disrupts on-site order or refuses to comply with the reasonable arrangements of on-site staff, we have the
right to immediately expel them from the venue and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
V. Authorization for Use of Portrait Rights, Voice Rights and Other Personal Information
1. You understand and agree that, as a participant in the CISCE, your portrait, image, voice, words and deeds,
etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Portrait Information") at the exhibition venue may be captured by
the Organizer/Co-organizer or their authorized third parties (including but not limited to partner media,
photography and videography teams) through means such as photography, videography, and audio recording,
resulting in related image and audio materials (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Promotional
Materials").
2. You understand and agree to grant the Organizer/Co-organizer or their authorized third parties a worldwide,
royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use the aforementioned Promotional Materials for all legitimate
commercial and non-commercial purposes related to the promotion, publicity, reporting, display, and archiving of
the CISCE. Methods of use include but are not limited to:
2.1 Publishing on the official CISCE website and official social media platforms (such as WeChat Official
Account, Weibo, LinkedIn, etc.);
2.2 Using in news reports or special programs on media platforms such as television, newspapers, and the
internet;
2.3 Producing and publishing CISCE promotional brochures, recap videos, annual reports, etc.;
2.4 Using in advertisements and promotional materials for future CISCE and related events.
3. We have the right to edit, modify, reproduce, and publicly broadcast the aforementioned Promotional Materials
without any additional payment of compensation or further notification obligation to you.
4.If you have special reasons for not wishing to be photographed or have specific restrictions on the scope of
use, you should actively avoid the filming areas during the exhibition, or notify us in writing through the
officially published contact methods at least three (3) working days before the exhibition starts, so that we
can make reasonable arrangements.

We will review the matter as soon as possible and respond within thirty (30) days after verifying your user
identity.
2.If our response does not satisfy you, or if you believe that our processing of your personal information
infringes upon your legitimate rights and interests, you may negotiate with us for a resolution. If negotiation
fails, you agree to submit the relevant dispute to the competent people's court in the location of China
International Exhibition Center Group Co., Ltd., applying the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding
Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and Taiwan region).
